Role: AM/Manager - FinanceQualification - CA/CA InterLocation: Mumbai (Work from office)Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:·Preparation of Quarterly SEBI Results, financial statements·Responsible for preparation of financial statements and Notes to Accounts.·Effective Audit Management and Resolution of auditor queries ( internal auditors and statutory auditors).·Preparation of MIS, Budgets, Analytical·Co-ordinate with business heads/group heads/branches finance with regards to finance and accounts strategy.·Preparation of PPTs and reports as per the requirement of the business.·Handling day to day accounting including tax compliances, statutory compliances, audit trail reports etc.·Assist the team in day to day accounting activities.
