Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications usingJava (Java 8 or above) . Build and managereal-time data streamingapplications usingApache Kafka . Develop cloud-native solutions leveragingAWS services(EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, QA, and product owners. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Experience 12+ yearsof overall software development experience with strong expertise inCore Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture . Proven experience withAWS Cloud— hands-on in deploying and managing microservices. Strong experience inKafka(setup, configuration, and stream processing). Solid understanding ofRESTful APIs ,JSON , andAPI integration . Experience withSQL/NoSQL databases(e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesandcontainerization tools(Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Nice to Have Exposure toTerraformorCloudFormationfor infrastructure automation. Experience withMonitoring tools(Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch). Familiarity withAgile/Scrumdevelopment practices. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science ,Engineering , or related field.
