Business Development Manager – Psychometric Assessments

TheBusiness Development Managerwill be responsible forexpanding client relationships and driving salesof Discover Assessments’ psychometric tools across India and international markets. The role demands a consultative, research-driven, and relationship-focused sales approach to position the product as a strategic HR solution. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential clients incorporates, consulting firms, and educational institutions . Driveend-to-end business development— from lead generation and demos to closure and account management. Understand client talent challenges and recommend suitablepsychometric assessment solutions . Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and leadership teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management. Conduct webinars, presentations, and training sessions to showcase product value. Collaborate with internal teams for customized proposals and client onboarding. Stay updated on trends in psychometrics, HR tech, and behavioral analytics. Ideal Candidate Profile 4–10 years of experience inB2B sales / HR solutions / L&D consulting / psychometric tools . Strong understanding ofHR processes, assessments, and behavioral tools(DISC, MBTI, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Proven track record of achieving business development targets. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or remotely. Prior experience inHR tech, assessment platforms, or consultingpreferred. Education Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR, Psychology, or Marketing preferred. Certification or familiarity withDISC / behavioral assessmentsis an advantage.
