As a Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our SAP Analytics solutions across AstraZeneca, guiding teams to success with your expertise in Agile methodologies.

Accountabilities :

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:

Guiding, coaching, and mentoring SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere teams in adopting Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure active engagement and focus on delivery goals.

Identifying and resolving impediments impacting team progress.

Championing Agile principles and continuously improving team processes.

Collaborating with Product Owners for effective backlog management and prioritization.

Promoting delivery best practices within SAP BI, Analytics, and Datasphere platforms.

Supporting the scaling of Agile practices and participating in organizational Agile transformation initiatives.

Leading the transition from Waterfall to Agile delivery with change management strategies.

Advocating for agile methodologies with Delivery Lead and senior leadership.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.

Demonstrable experience (typically 3+ years) as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead, preferably with SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, or SAP BI stack.

Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, values, and frameworks, with applicable Scrum Master certifications (, CSM, PSM) highly desirable.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills in complex SAP BI/Analytics/Datasphere project environments.

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, SAP BI/BW, or similar analytics platforms required.

Effective communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in fast-paced settings.

Relevant Agile & SAP Certifications will be appreciated.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Energetic, organised and self-motivated.

Fluent in business English.
