Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mogg's Estate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the desired qualifications and responsibilities for each position.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process from start to finish.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
