Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, significant experience in tele calling and client handling, and a strong background in the event industry. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our sales and delivery teams, ensuring that client needs are accurately understood and met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
  • Initiate and manage tele calling efforts to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
