At Muses Consulting Studio, we specialize in connecting brands with college students through innovative marketing campaigns, community building, and cutting-edge projects. From empowering student creators to launching ambassador programs and on-campus activations, we redefine how brands engage with Gen Z.

Role Overview

As a Student Relations Associate, you will oversee relationships with students, student organizations, and influencers, ensuring the smooth onboarding of talent for various student-led projects. You will spearhead the creation of Muses Clubs, building a strong network of student founders at universities. Additionally, you will manage influencer outreach, ensuring a pipeline of talented creators for Muses' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Student Relations & Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain relationships with student organizations, ambassadors, and campus communities to facilitate marketing activations and collaborations.
  • Onboard students for ambassador programs, campus activations, and project-based opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth transitions as student leadership changes each semester, maintaining institutional knowledge for continuity.

Building Muses Clubs (Cohort of Student Founders):

  • Identify and recruit motivated student leaders to establish Muses Clubs at their universities.
  • Guide student founders in launching and managing their clubs as on-campus hubs for marketing, content creation, and brand partnerships.
  • Provide mentorship and resources to ensure student founders successfully grow their communities and align with Muses' goals.
  • Track club performance, engagement, and impact, ensuring measurable contributions to Muses' brand presence.

Influencer Outreach & Management

  • Identify potential influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who align with Muses' brand and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct outreach, negotiate collaborations, and manage influencer partnerships for various projects.
  • Draft and oversee influencer contracts, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring a consistent talent pipeline for future campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in student relations, influencer management, campus outreach, or partnership management.
  • Extreme proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, influencers, and organizations.
  • Experience in managing student organizations, campus ambassador programs, or influencer campaigns.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and engagement metrics to improve outreach strategies.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire student leaders and influencers, fostering long-term engagement with Muses.

Note:

Our standard work hours are 6 PM - 3 AM. We adjusted the hours on Monday and Friday for a more employee-friendly schedule. Please review the times below and apply only if they work for you:

Work Hours:

  • Mon: 3 PM - 12 AM IST
  • Tue-Thu: 6 PM - 3 AM IST
  • Fri: 12 PM - 9 PM IST

This role is entirely remote.
