Years of Experience - 4-8 Years

Mandatory - Trade Marketing experience is a MUST. Strong knowledge of the customer journey for Electricians, Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, and Electrical Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Building and Market Penetration: Enhance brand value in the Trade segment by focusing on retailers and wholesalers. Plan and execute promotional schemes for these partners while creating demand at the end-user level, targeting electricians, engineers, and contractors.
• Product Management and Marketing Campaigns: Manage the end-to-end process of new product introduction, from ideation to market launch. Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the Trade and Industrial Trade markets. Oversee Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) activities, promoters, and merchandising strategies to ensure effective implementation.
• Market Insights and Pricing Strategy: Conduct market and customer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Optimize pricing strategies to maintain profitability while ensuring market competitiveness. Leverage customer journey mapping for key stakeholders, including electricians, engineers, and project managers.
• Campaign Execution and CRM Operations: Develop and execute marketing tactics related to product, channel, pricing, and promotions. Support CRM operations to enhance customer experiences and effectively address end-user needs.
• Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products in alignment with organizational strategies. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards while adhering to corporate quality and ethical practices.
• Sales and Margin Support: Align marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and meet margin expectations for the assigned product portfolio.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Trade markets or Industrial Trade.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping for electricians, engineers, project managers, and electrical contractors.
• Proven experience in marketing campaign execution and product promotions.
• Knowledge of CRM operations and customer engagement tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
