The Role:We're looking for a Head of Design to own and drive our design vision. You'll lead product, brand, and visual design, shaping experiences that are simple, intuitive, and loved by millions.What You'll Do:- Define and scale the design vision across the Truemeds universe.- Lead and grow a high-performing team of designers.- Build seamless, conversion-driven user experiences across web and app.- Strengthen and evolve our brand identity across all customer touchpoints.- Create and maintain scalable design systems.- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to deliver fast, high-impact outcomes.- Use insights, research, and data to iterate and improve continuously.What We're Looking For:- 8-12 years of design experience, with at least 3-4 years leading teams.- A strong portfolio showcasing strength can drive the conversion funnel. - Experience in high-growth consumer tech/e-commerce environments.- Great leadership and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders.- Bias for action, experimentation and shipping at speed.
