Establishprivileged account managementfollowing theTier Model. Design and implementdelegation of permissionsandgroup management best practices. Integratethird-party LDAP applicationswith AD. Deploy and manageRead-Only Domain Controllers (RODCs). UtilizePowerShell scriptingfor automation and configuration management. Hybrid Identity & Synchronization Implement and manageMicrosoft Entra Connectfor hybrid identity. Maintain synchronization betweenActive DirectoryandEntra ID (Azure AD). Troubleshooting & Performance TroubleshootGPO policy processing,SYSVOL, andAD replication issues. DiagnoseDomain Controller performanceandauthentication failures, includingcross-forest authentications. Upgrade & Maintenance Plan and executeDomain Controller OS upgrades. Managefunctional level upgradesand ensure compatibility. Operational Governance Adhere tochange controlandpatch management best practices. Ensure compliance withoperational governance standards. Recovery & Continuity PerformActive Directory forest and object recoveryoperations. Maintaindisaster recovery readinessfor directory services. Networking & Infrastructure Strong understanding ofIPv4/IPv6,Active Directory–integrated DNS, andsecure dynamic updates. ManageDHCPdesign, deployment, and operations. ConfigureWindows Firewallin alignment with best practices. Ensure compliance withport and protocol requirementsfor Active Directory services. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience withActive Directory Domain Servicesin large-scale enterprise environments. Strong background inMicrosoft Entra ID / Azure ADintegration and hybrid identity solutions. Proficiency inPowerShell scriptingfor automation.
