With a focus on innovation and quality, Gloify empowers businesses to accelerate growth through technology.What Youll Do : - Develop, train, and deploy predictive and analytical models using advanced ML and statistical techniques.- Work extensively on Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks) for feature engineering and model development.- Manage and analyze structured and unstructured data using Azure Database services and data lakes.- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.- Perform exploratory data analysis, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights.- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-world reliability.- Clearly document and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.What You Bring : - 35 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a related analytical role.- Hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks).- Strong working knowledge of Azure Database services.- Proficiency in Python and SQL, plus ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data modeling.- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib/seaborn.- Comfortable working with large datasets and cloud platforms.Bonus Points : - Certifications in Azure or Databricks.- Experience deploying models to production environments.- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
