Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management,

AMC/ Warranty tracking

Physical Inventories and Reconciliation, data upload and update

Data analysis, Reportings

Pro active Mesuremnets

Vendor Management,

Knowledge on Asset management tools such as Remedy, Manage Engine, Tivoli(TAMIT/SCCD), service now, Flexera Hardware tracking tool usage experience

Software Audit, Understand Major software vendor licensing terminology


• Good understanding of Data collection, data mining, analysis and reconciliation

• Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that tasks are worked in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.

• Serve as point of contact as well as mentor for resolving complicated issues related to contract management, Maintenance contract data reviews and support for renewals

• Should be capable to undertake process re-engineering exercise in order to strengthen the control mechanism as well as to streamline entire flow by reducing non value add activities and reduce the chances for manual errors if any

• Has responsibility for leading, coaching, developing, and supporting larger team consisting of senior members

• Assists with performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, etc.); completes performance evaluations for assigned staff

• Identify and mitigate any risks/issues that are foreseen as potential bottlenecks to the process

• Ensure rigor of discipline in implementation by creating high performance work cultures built on best practices
