Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Overview:
The Deputy CEO will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and growth of the organisation. This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in private banking or wealth management, an established book of business, and deep relationships with Ultra HNIs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team. The Deputy CEO will also be responsible for managing the P&L, ensuring the overall profitability of the business, and leading the expansion of the wealth management division.
