Role Summary- The Senior Manager - Corporate Finance will be responsible for driving financial planning, control, and strategic finance initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership, banks, and financial institutions to support business growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure robust financial governance.Key Responsibilities- Lead corporate finance planning, budgeting, and financial control activities- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights for business decisions- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants- Support fundraising, working capital management, and debt management initiatives- Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies- Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls- Support strategic initiatives including capex planning, cost optimization, and profitability improvement- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance teamKey Result Areas (KRAs)- Accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS delivery- Improved cash flow management and working capital efficiency- Strong banking relationships and effective financial negotiations- High compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements- Actionable financial insights supporting strategic decision-making- Enhanced financial controls and process efficienciesRequired Skillsets- Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and control- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting- Knowledge of banking operations, financing structures, and lender coordination- Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and audits- Advanced skills in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making- Leadership and team management capabilities- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- High attention to detail with a strategic and analytical mindsetEducational Qualifications- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification preferred- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations is an advantage (ref:iimjobs.com)
