Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Linux and Cloud Administrator to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Linux environments and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for system architecture, deployment, automation, security, and performance optimization of Linux-based and cloud systems.

Job Role : Senior Linux and Cloud Administrator.

Experience : 3 to 7 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure.

- Manage and optimize cloud services on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Implement automation and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and security.

- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

- Oversee system security by implementing best practices and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve CI/CD pipelines.

- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Lead IT infrastructure projects and mentor junior system administrators.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong expertise in managing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security, and firewalls.

- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, RHCE, or Google Cloud Professional.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

- Familiarity with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
