As we continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen our client network and business pipeline—and that’s where you come in.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Marketing & Client Relations Executive with 3-4 years of Client outreach and sales experience to lead and expand our client outreach, partnerships, and business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients—understanding their needs, articulating our offerings, managing leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting project conversions. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Head and design team to ensure inquiries turn into aligned, well-structured projects.This role is ideal for someone who:- enjoys people-facing interactions - thrives in communication-heavy environments - is proactive, extroverted, and relationship-driven - understands design-minded clients and lifestyle/luxury positioningKey Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries. - Conduct meetings, understand requirements, and pitch services clearly. - Manage structured follow-ups across calls, emails, and in-person interactions. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships. - Drive brand visibility through outreach, networking, and industry interactions. - Support creation of proposals, presentations, and basic marketing collateral. - Coordinate with the design team to communicate project updates. - Track leads and communication using CRM tools. - Identify vendors, collaborators, and partnership opportunities. - Conduct light market research to stay aware of trends and competitor activity.Key Qualifications- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, client relations, sales communication, or business-facing roles. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or related fields - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs - Experience with lead management, funnels, CRM platforms, or structured follow-up systems - Background in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury/lifestyle domains (preferred) - Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a design-focused team - Extroverted, proactive, and relationship-driven personalityWhat We’re Looking For- A confident communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships - A sharp listener with a keen understanding of design-driven clients - A proactive professional who enjoys creating growth opportunities - Someone who thrives in a small, focused team with a hands-on work approach - An adaptable, motivated individual who can represent the brand with warmth and clarityTo ApplySend us your resume, a short note on why you’d be a great fit, and any relevant work links or portfolios at:contact.houseofaa@gmail.com
