The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP migrations, containerization, and Ansible. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting product-related issues and ensuring seamless functionality.

The ideal candidate should also possess a strong background in product development, particularly with Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities :

Migration Support & Troubleshooting

- Lead or assist in migrating an email security product to GCP.

- Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible.

- Containerize applications using tools such as Docker/Kubernetes.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the migrated product.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and security within the GCP environment.

- Ensure integration and deployment pipelines are effective and efficient.

Required Skills :

Cloud Technologies :

- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migrations.

- Proficiency in GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, IAM, etc.).

- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Expert in migrating AWS services to GCP cloud services like PubSub, Cloud Functions, etc,

Automation & Configuration :

- Experience with automation/configuration management using Ansible.

Development Expertise :

- Strong background in Java and Spring Boot.

- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and RESTful services.

- Proficient in Unix OS

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving :

- Experience troubleshooting product issues in cloud environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve migration issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in email security or related fields.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
