Role Description :

A Power Platform Developer specializes in creating custom business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. They leverage their expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas application to develop applications, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights.

Expectations from the Role :

- Design and Develop Solutions : As a Power Platform Developer, you'll design, develop, test, secure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You'll implement components of a solution that include :

1. Application enhancements.

2. Custom user experiences.

3. System integrations.

- Hands on experience on Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-pilot studio, Power Pages, Canvas application

- Problem-Solving : You'll be responsible for identifying and solving technical challenges related to the Power Platform.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance your skills and adapt to evolving technologies.

- Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.


- Technical Lead : Should be able to technically guide the team and participate in troubleshooting, development as needed. Also to mentor the Junior team members.

- Technical Project management and Delivery : Should take end to end responsibility of leading the team and delivering the project on time as agreed with business.

Skill Requirements :

- Applied Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Services : In-depth understanding of its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.

- Authentication and Security : Basic understanding of authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.

- Development Experience : Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure.

- Good understanding of Design, Solution, Infrastructure setup, DevOps for large Power Platform Projects.

- Certification : Power platform, Microsoft Dynamic & Azure certifications will be preferred.

- Good to have knowledge on Power BI

- BFSI experience will be added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have skills : All the components of Power Platform

Preferable Certifications : PL 900, PL 500
