Senior Manager - Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) with more than 5 years of strong exposure to investment banking. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team, work independently, and drive equity capital market transactions end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage core ECM execution, including IPOs, rights issue, QIPs, Buybacks, Open offer, Delisting, Preferential allotment, work related to certifications, etc.

- Oversee regulatory compliance, due diligence, and documentation related to equity capital market transactions.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster growth and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5-7 years in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking, with proven transaction execution experience and In depth knowledge of SEBI Rules and Regulations, Companies Act, Due Diligence Processes & Customary Practices of various - Equity Capital Market deals

- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationshin management skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple deals simultaneously.

Educational qualification: Qualified CA/CS/Lawyer
