AI/ML Engineer

Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, and other applications.- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.- Monitor model performance, implement retraining pipelines, and ensure model scalability.- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.- Document methodologies, workflows, and results for internal and external stakeholders.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Skills & Qualifications :- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras.- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.- Knowledge of data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).- Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Good to Have :- Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or recommendation engines.- Knowledge of real-time AI/ML systems and streaming data applications.
