About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE-2) to join our dynamic tech team. As an SDE 2, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance systems that impact thousands or even millions of users. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software systems.

- Take ownership of modules/features from design to production rollout.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

- Troubleshoot, debug and improve existing systems for better performance and scalability.

- Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest adoption when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- 36 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

- Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Prior experience in high-growth startups or product-led companies.

- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
