The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPython or Scala, Spark (Databricks), and SQL , building scalable and efficient data pipelines onAzure .Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintainscalable ETL/ELT pipelinesusingAzure Data Factory, Databricks, and Spark . Develop & optimize data workflows withSQL + Python/Scalafor large-scale processing & transformation. Implementperformance tuning & optimizationstrategies for pipelines and Spark jobs. Collaborate with data engineers to supportfeature engineering, model deployment, and end-to-end workflows . Partner with cross-functional teams tounderstand requirements & deliver high-quality solutions . Ensuredata quality & integritywith validation, monitoring, and error-handling. Work withstructured & unstructured datausingDelta Lake, Parquet, and Big Data ecosystems .Required Skills: Azure Data Platformexpertise (Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Blob Storage). StrongSQLandPython or Scalafor data manipulation. Proven experience withETL/ELT pipelines, transformations & orchestration . Familiarity withBig Data tech(Spark, Delta Lake, Parquet). Strong background inpipeline optimization & performance tuning . Hands-on withfeature engineering & model deployment . Knowledge ofCI/CD practicesin data engineering. Excellentproblem-solving & troubleshooting skillswith focus on data validation & quality.Nice to Have: Awareness ofdata governance, compliance & securityin hybrid environments.
