  • Develop and deliver training sessions on grammar, verbal reasoning, business communication, and presentation skills to prepare students for competitive company entrance tests.
  • Create customized content and modules tailored to corporate test requirements, covering grammar rules, vocabulary building, and comprehension exercises.
  • Provide targeted coaching to improve students' business writing, email etiquette, and corporate communication.
  • Organize mock tests, practice sessions, and assessments to simulate corporate entrance exams and evaluate student readiness.
  • Offer feedback and strategies to improve students’ performance in group discussions and interviews.
  • Stay updated on the latest test patterns, recruitment trends, and communication skills required by leading companies.
  • Collaborate with college administration and career placement teams to align training programs with student needs and industry requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training students for corporate entrance exams with an emphasis on English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, verbal reasoning, and corporate communication skills essential for success in companies like Infosys, Capgemini, and Accenture.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training modules.
  • Familiarity with corporate recruitment processes and language requirements for entrance tests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and assessment skills to monitor student progress.
  • Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or relevant English language training is a plus.
