We work with global clients to build scalable digital solutions and next-gen technology products. We are expanding our blockchain capabilities and looking for a highly skilled developer to join our team.  Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with deep technical expertise in designing, developing, and deploying decentralized applications (dApps). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with smart contract development, Web3 tooling, blockchain security, and real-world implementation of blockchain-powered solutions.  Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or Rust Build and maintain dApps, integrating front-end and blockchain components Implement Web3 integrations using libraries such as Ethers.js or Web3.js Develop blockchain-based features such as NFTs, tokens, wallets, and staking systems Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency, performance, and security Work with different blockchains like Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, BNB Chain, Avalanche, etc. Integrate backend logic using Node.js / Python for blockchain interactions Implement secure key management and transaction flows Conduct code reviews, audits, and testing of smart contracts Document technical processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams  Required Skills & Experience ✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in blockchain development ✅ Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Move ✅ Hands-on experience with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, or Solana ✅ Deep understanding of: Smart contract architecture Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) Gas optimization Blockchain security best practices Cryptography fundamentals ✅ Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix ✅ Experience with IPFS, wallets, MetaMask, and transaction signing ✅ Strong knowledge of Node.js / Python for backend integrations ✅ Experience deploying smart contracts on testnet & mainnet ✅ Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, secure code  Nice-to-Have Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync) Experience with DeFi protocols, AMMs, staking, liquidity pools Understanding of blockchain oracles (Chainlink or similar) Experience with Docker, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines Contributions to open-source blockchain projects  Why Join Mindverse Labs? 🚀 Work on innovative blockchain projects across industries 🌍 Fully remote with flexible working hours 🤝 Collaborative, fast-moving environment 💡 Opportunity to influence architecture and core tech decisions 📈 Rapid growth + exposure to AI & advanced tech teams  How to Apply 📩 Send your resume + GitHub + portfolio of blockchain projects to: peny@mindverse.dev
