  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to separation.
  • Manage onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records.

  • Conduct regular training sessions on POSH guidelines and awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
