Job Description:


- Run Career Counselling as a product and lead a team of career counsellors/coaches.

- Develop journey for learners based on career goals.

- Assist in Sales conversions.

- Assist learners in setting and refining their short- and long-term career goals.

- Create career development training programs for learners.

- Provide personalized guidance on resume writing, upskilling requirements and job search strategies.

- Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions on relevant career development topics.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying skill gaps and recommending appropriate development opportunities.

- Facilitate mock interviews to enhance interview skills and confidence for learners.
