Performance oversight : Set and monitor productivity and budget goals, ensuring accurate billing. Task management: Plan and delegate tasks effectively, offering technical support as needed. Quality assurance:Review work completed by team members to ensure it is error-free, professionally presented, and compliant with procedures. Tax return preparation:Prepare and review complex tax returns for various entities with minimal supervision. Compliance work:Perform and review compliance tasks. Management reports:Conduct in-depth analysis of management reports. Clients:Australia basedQualifications Bachelor degree in Commerce/Business with an emphasis in Accounting, CA/CPA/ACCA/CA (Inter) Understanding of the Corporations Act, relevant accounting standards, tax legislation Knowledge of Australian taxation legislation (highly regarded) Familiarity with Australian SMSF (Self-Managed Superannuation Fund) regulations (advantageous) Experience using Xero and Class software (advantageous) Excellent use of Office productsExperience - 3 to 5 years
