The group has significantly influenced Kerala's modern landscape through its presence in various sectors including real estate (residential, commercial and retail), interior design, business parks, education, health care, entertainment and food and beverage.Responsibilities- Develop, update and monitor project schedules using MS project or similar software - Track progress and prepare DLR,MPR and DPR reports for management. - Coordinate with QS and site teams for resource and manpower planning. - Assist in material planning and ensure timely intend submission. - Maintain updated drawings schedules and logs in a central system. - Maintain approved vendor lists.(AVL and material approval status) - Prepare and update procurement registers for long lead materials. - Maintain MIS report and ensure material reconciliation with QST. - Support logistics planning and participate interview meetings.Required Skills- B.tech in civil engineering. - 1-5 years of experience in project planning(construction industry) - Proficiency in microsoft project. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Knowledge of Malayalam language is an added advantage.```
