We are a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain operating nationwide, committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. As part of our IT Infrastructure team, we are seeking a Senior Executive with expertise in Network and Security Administration to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management:

  • experience with enterprise-class firewalls, routers, and switches, preferably on FortiGate Firewall and Forti Manager.
  • and diagnosis of complex networking problems and network designs.
  • plan, and implement security measures to protect data, networks, and computer systems.
  • server and computer networks, conduct regular security audits, and prepare security status reports.
  • and management of IPSEC Site-to-Site VPN, remote-access VPN, and SSL VPN.
  • and management of ACLs, NAT, EtherChannel, SPAN, and VLAN.


Security Administration:

  • security profiles such as GAV, IPS, SSL decryption, web filtering, and application control.
  • security events, perform traffic analysis, and troubleshoot security-related issues.
  • security management, including antivirus and patch management.
  • security management, including message tracking, quarantine management, and security rules configuration.


Vendor and OEM Management:

  • issues to partners and OEMs, follow up on reported issues, and ensure timely closure.
  • actions recommended by OEMs, partners, or providers to resolve issues effectively.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • and provide detailed documentation and network drawings for network and security designs and configurations.
  • regular reports on network performance, security status, and endpoint security events.
