Core Responsibilities:

  1. Develop digital marketing strategies, plans and budgets in alignment to the growth goals of the company
  2. Design and oversee all aspects of performance marketing and lead nurturing: Digital Advertising (Meta, Google, , Quora), Email, SMS, Whatsapp
  3. Manage the budget to ensure positive ROAS and MoM growth as per plans
  4. Manage and develop the assigned team of associates and managers in the function
  5. Collaborate with content, design and business teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and marketing ideas
  6. Learn, share and apply the latest trends, tools, techniques to continuously improve efforts and outcomes


Qualities desired:

  1. Qualifications:
  2. MBA/Master’s in Mass Communication or Advertising
  3. Certifications in Google, Meta and Marketing
  4. Bachelors in Engineering/Maths



  1. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  2. 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C domain
  3. Sound knowledge of various marketing and social media platforms
  4. Proficient in using marketing tools like WordPress, Unbounce, Zapier, etc. and a decent handle on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  5. Cross-functional expertise in working with creative, tech and data teams
  6. Good written communication skills
  7. Knack for creative advertising
