Job Title: Accountant (US GAAP, QuickBooks & Payroll – US & India)Company: Aonxi Inc.Location: Sector 62, Noida (Onsite)Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: Minimum 5 YearsTimings: 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST (US Working Hours)Website: www.aonxi.comAbout AonxiAonxi is building the world’s first performance-driven growth team-as-a-service for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).We replace payrolls and agencies with ROI-guaranteed, AI-powered sales pods that deliver real customers — not promises.If you’re passionate about precision, innovation, and helping fast-growing businesses operate efficiently, this is where you belong.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accountant (US GAAP, QuickBooks & Payroll – US & India) to join our finance and operations team.The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in US GAAP accounting, QuickBooks Online, and payroll management for both US and India operations.This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of managing end-to-end accounting, payroll compliance, and financial reporting across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks Online. - Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements as per US GAAP. - Oversee payroll processing for both US and India teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement. - Handle statutory compliances including PF, TDS, PT, ESIC (India) and tax withholdings, benefits, W-2/1099 (US). - Coordinate with HR for employee data updates, leaves, and benefits integration. - Execute month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and management reporting. - Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. - Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and payroll service providers. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Maintain proper documentation for audits, filings, and financial transparency.Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting and payroll management under US GAAP. - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (certification preferred). - Strong knowledge of US and Indian payroll systems and regulations. - Familiarity with tools like Gusto, ADP, Paychex (US) and Zoho Payroll, RazorpayX, or similar (India). - Excellent understanding of tax compliance, financial controls, and reconciliation processes. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Comfortable working during US business hours (night shift IST).
