Role Description

As the Area cum Branch Head, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, setting performance targets, developing growth strategies, and ensuring that branch operations are profitable, efficient, and comply with company rules and regulations.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Daily Operations
  • Manage staff across multiple departments and ensure they understand their tasks correctly.
  • Monitor office operations and implement strategies to streamline them.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Sales and Operations Head to discuss sales strategy and other operational details.
  • Building Relations with Clients and Agents
  • Engage with agents and clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable products and services that cater to their needs.
  • Address client and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.


Office Administration

  • Ensure discipline among employees and maintain office decorum.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure a harmonious working environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in managerial roles is preferred to effectively lead the team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for handling customer service issues and maintaining positive relations with clients.
  • Relevant industry knowledge (preferred) to ensure the seamless functioning of the branch and achieving its goals.
