The Concerned role at GetReal plays a critical role in driving the growth of our artist booking platform by connecting with key decision-makers across various sectors, including food and beverage establishments (F&B), apartment associations, wedding and event venues, and educational institutions. As the frontline representative of GetReal, you will be responsible for executing the Sales SOP, closing bookings for artists on the GetReal app, and contributing to the overall expansion of the platform in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, including F&B venues, apartment associations, wedding/event planners, and educational institutions.
  • Identify decision-makers within these organizations and build a targeted outreach strategy.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms (social media, industry databases, etc.) to generate new leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  1. Client Meetings and Presentations:
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present GetReal’s artist booking platform.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of GetReal, focusing on the ease of booking artists, the variety of talent available, and the promotional benefits for venues and events.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client needs, including increasing footfall, enhancing venue ambiance, and driving F&B sales.
  1. Sales Pitch and Closing:
  • Deliver a compelling sales pitch that highlights how GetReal can solve the client’s challenges and contribute to their business goals.
  • Address any client objections effectively and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Close deals by securing commitments from clients to book artists through the GetReal platform.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with GetReal and are satisfied with the artists booked.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and address any issues that may arise.
  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales activities, including meetings conducted, deals closed, and revenue generated.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  1. Collaboration with Marketing and Artist Management:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with the artist management team to ensure that the right artists are matched with client needs and that bookings are fulfilled smoothly.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights from the field and contribute to the overall growth strategy of GetReal.
