This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of our SAP MDG implementation.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements forenhancement requestsrelated toCustomer and Supplier Master Datain SAP MDG. Collaborate with developers to design optimal, scalable functional solutions while ensuring alignment with business operations and regulatory requirements. Providefunctional expertiseto Business end user teams to help them understand system behavior, business rules, and data governance logic. Support theMDG AMS teamby offering thought leadership and guidance to resolve functional tickets and service requests. Conductfunctional testingfor enhancements, defect fixes, and system changes to ensure quality and compliance. Document functional specifications, test scenarios, and process flows to support change management and knowledge sharing. Provide insights into howBusiness Partner data flows from MDG into downstream SAP ERP processes , such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and compliance reporting. Ensure solutions align withindustry regulations , such as GxPRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with at least 2+ years focused onSAP MDG – Business Partner (Customer and Supplier Master) . Strong understanding ofBusiness Partner data models , governance processes, and lifecycle management. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs and specifications. Familiarity withBRF+ , MDG workflows, and integration with SAP ERP systems. Solid understanding of how Business Partner data is consumed indownstream SAP S4 ERP processes . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred Qualifications: Domain experience in theMedical Devices or Life Sciencesindustry, with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience withSAP S/4HANA ,Fiori-based MDG applications , andWeb Dynpro . SAP MDG certification is a plus. Experience working in a validated environment (e.g., GxP compliance).
