About the job:Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, validation, and delivery of digital wealth management and investment advisory journeys. The role requires deep expertise across wealth management, portfolio advisory, digital platforms, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary domain authority, ensuring that business requirements are translated into functional, testable, and compliant deliverables while partnering closely with business, technology, and vendor teams.Key Responsibilities:Business & Functional Expertise:- Serve as the primary domain expert for wealth management, digital advisory, and investment journeys.- Interpret and validate business requirements across modules such as:- 360- Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics- Account Funding & Investment Cash Accounts- Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys- Total Portfolio View & Performance Tracking- Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing- Ensure Comarch platform capabilities (or equivalent platforms) are fully aligned with:- Customer onboarding and KYC flows- Portfolio management processes- Order placement (market, limit, stop orders)- Reporting and analytics dashboards- Integration with vendors (e., IVS, GTN)Testing & Quality Assurance:- Collaborate with testing teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.- Validate key system functionalities including:- Real-time balance updates- Order execution flows (T+1 settlement, pool accounts)- Portfolio aggregation from multiple vendors- Historical data accuracy (charts, performance reports)- Regulatory compliance (MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, etc.)- Support UAT and regression testing activities across all wealth management modules. Stakeholder Collaboration:- Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, including:- Business teams: Wealth, Compliance, Product Management- Technical teams: Developers, QA, Integration specialists- External vendors: Comarch, IVS, GTN, or similar solution providers- Drive cross-functional alignment by ensuring consistent documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for internal teams.Required Skills & Experience:Domain Knowledge:- Minimum 8+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.Strong understanding of:- Investment products (equities, ETFs, robo-portfolios, etc.)- Portfolio performance metrics (absolute/relative returns)- Risk profiling, suitability, and goal-based investing models- Regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, other compliance standards)Digital Wealth Platforms:- Hands-on experience with Comarch or similar digital wealth platforms (e. , Temenos, Avaloq, Invest Cloud).- Familiarity with:- Digital onboarding and KYC processes- Self-execution and robo-advisory workflows- API-based integrations and multi-source data aggregation Testing & Delivery:- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.- Ability to define, document, and validate test cases aligned with business and regulatory requirements (ref:iimjobs.com)
