Job Title: Regulatory Compliance AnalystLocation: India (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite)Experience: 2–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewThe Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting Indian regulatory requirements and translating them into structured, business-friendly compliance content.The role involves building and maintaining a regulatory content data feed structured into Mandates, Sub-Mandates, Obligations, and Requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze regulations, circulars, and notifications issued by Indian regulators including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, MCA, and CERT-In.Break down complex regulatory language into clear and actionable business requirements.Create and maintain structured regulatory hierarchies including Mandates, Sub-Mandates, Obligations, and Requirements.Perform regulatory applicability and impact assessments across business units and processes.Map regulatory requirements to internal policies, risks, controls, and procedures.Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.Maintain regulatory content within enterprise GRC platforms.Required Skills and ExperienceHands-on experience interpreting Indian regulatory frameworks and guidelines.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Experience creating regulatory or compliance content libraries.Ability to work with structured compliance models and datasets.Preferred QualificationsExposure to RBI CSCRF, SEBI MIIs, DPDP Act, IT Act, and related frameworks.Experience with GRC platforms such as IBM OpenPages, Archer, or ServiceNow GRC.Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Capital Markets, or FinTech domains.About Timus Consulting services:Timus Consulting is a leading EnterpriseTech and Business Consulting firm, providing an extensivearray of services including Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, SoftwareDevelopment, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, Cloud Consulting, Artificial Intelligence(AI) solutions, and Managed Services.For more details visit: www.TimusConsulting.comOur people and cultureOur diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contributetheir unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
