Job Description :


- Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet business requirements and technical constraints.

- Provide technical direction and leadership to development teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

- Utilize deep expertise in Java (including multithreading, collections, and Java 8/11 features) to develop and review code, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Leverage strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, and JPA to build robust backend services and applications.

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries, with a focus on RDBMS (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e., Cassandra, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and performance.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, adhering to best practices for API design and integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various components and services, ensuring seamless functionality across different systems.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Analyze and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in code, database, and infrastructure.

- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and coding guidelines, to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

- Mentor junior developers and architects, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.

Stakeholder Collaboration :


- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Requirements :

- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong proficiency in core Java concepts such as multithreading, collections, and Java 8/11 features.

- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch for building microservices and enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of Spring Cloud is a plus.

- Proficiency in Hibernate and JPA for object-relational mapping and database persistence.

- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e., Cassandra, MongoDB) for scalable data storage solutions.

- Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in developing APIs using Spring Boot.

- Familiarity with API security, versioning, and documentation.

- Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java, with experience in designing and optimizing multi-threaded applications.

- Expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.

- Experience in integrating various systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between components.

- Proficiency with version control systems (e., Git) and experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Strong skills in performance tuning, profiling, and optimization of Java applications and databases.

Qualifications :

Education :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :


- 8 to 12 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software architectures.

Problem-Solving :


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication :


- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership :


- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
