The ideal candidate will be Pega Certified with strong expertise in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X, and proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale solutions within the financial sector.Key Responsibilities :- Define and implement business processes using the Pega platform.- Work on system design, integrations (Rule-Connects/Services, APIs, JSON), and declarative processing features.- Develop and enhance Pega User Interfaces and manage large, complex code bases.- Act as CLM/KYC SME from a Pega platform perspective.- Ensure adherence to Agile methodology, coding, testing, and security standards.- Collaborate with business and IT teams for scalable solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :Education : Degree / Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).Certifications : Pega Certified Product Engineer; CSSA/Lead Product Engineer/Architect certifications highly desirable.Technical Skills :- Strong expertise in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X (mandatory).- Experience with API, JSON, PRPC integration services, and declarative processing.- Knowledge of Java/JavaScript, microservices, and Big Data (a plus).Functional Skills :- Banking/Financial/Fintech experience preferred.- Strong understanding of enterprise environments, coding standards, and documentation best practices.Location : Offshore Bangalore (BCIT)Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days / Max 30 Days (ref:hirist.tech)
