Job Description: The Azure DevOps Engineer with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes Scripting is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's infrastructure and deployment processes in the Azure cloud environment. This role requires a strong understanding of automation, configuration management, and containerization technologies to ensure the smooth operation of the company's applications and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring efficient and scalable deployment of applications and services in Azure. 2. Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps, automating the build, test, and deployment processes. 3. Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Azure Monitor and other monitoring tools, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues. 4. Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and implement improvements to the infrastructure and deployment processes. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment, working closely with other team members to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system uptime. 6. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for the production environment. 7. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, automation, and monitoring tools, and implement improvements as needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in a similar Azure DevOps Engineer role, with a strong focus on Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes Scripting. 3. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. 4. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 5. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI) and version control systems (Git, SVN). 6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 8. Experience with incident management and post-mortem analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Certifications in Azure, Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes. 2. Experience with additional monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Datadog. 3. Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance best practices. 4. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. 5. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools other than Terraform, such as CloudFormation or Pulumi.
