Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.- Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release - Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc. - Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities - Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility - Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state - Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working - Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s) - Coach Product Owners / Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog - Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation - Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessaryAll you will need for successMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience - 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment - Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders - Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency - Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionallyPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization - Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills - Demonstrated experience with continuous integration / delivery - Participation in scaled agile frameworks - Scrum Master Expertise: Hold a recognized Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)) and demonstrate strong experience in using Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrumban to manage work queues and adapt to unpredictable tasks.Skills, Licenses & Certifications:- Infrastructure Knowledge: Demonstrate a basic understanding of key infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and IT operations. - Performance Metrics: Proficient in tracking and reporting on critical metrics such as system uptime, mean time to recovery (MTTR), deployment frequency, and incident resolution times. - ITIL Certification (Preferred): An ITIL 4 Certification is highly desirable to ensure alignment with IT service management best practices. - Work Item Management Tools: Experience using Azure DevOps Boards for organizing and managing team work items. - ServiceNow Proficiency: Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing workflows and operational tasks. - Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.Note: If the Company has reason to question an employee’s physical ability to safely and/or successfully perform the position’s essential job functions, the HR team generally will engage in an interactive process to determine whether a reasonable accommodation is appropriate.
