Requirements :

1. Proficient in R programming, especially in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using packages such as dplyr, ggplot2, and shiny (must have skills)

2. Experienced in building and deploying Shiny applications using tools such as shinydashboard, shinythemes, shinyjs, shinytest, and shinyapps.io.

3. Familiar with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

4. Knowledgeable in software engineering principles such as version control, testing, debugging, and documentation.

5. Able to work independently or in a team, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Interested in learning new technologies and domains, such as machine learning, bioinformatics and enterprise application development Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and interactive Shiny applications that meet the business requirements.

- Utilize dplyr to efficiently manipulate and prepare large datasets for analysis and visualization.

- Create compelling and informative visualizations using ggplot2, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application features, requirements, and timelines.

- Ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data within Shiny applications.

- Continuously optimize application performance for better user experience.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deployment.

- Provide documentation and training to users on the application functionalities and updates.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in R programming, Shiny development, and data visualization techniques.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- 3-10 years of experience in R programming and developing applications with Shiny.

- Strong understanding of data manipulation tools and techniques, specifically with dplyr.

- Advanced skills in data visualization, particularly with ggplot2.

- Experience in handling, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets.

- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
