Job Profile Team Lead - Graphic Design (5 years of experience)


CS Direkt is a techno-creative agency with an experience of 25 years merging information and entertainment in the form of Sound and Light shows, Theme parks, Museums, Exhibitions, Events and films.

We are expanding our creative department and are looking for a professional Graphic Designer who is creative and enthusiastic about creating high-quality, engaging content.


Skills

• Knowledge of Creative Software e.g. CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint

• Good leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills

• Hands-on Event experience.

• Proficiency in Visual Design and its principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others etc) and working knowledge of how those principles work together.


Responsibilities

· As an individual contributor Ability to understand the project overview and broader perspective. Good grasping of the project brief and client expectations Visualizing and creating concepts for various collaterals in digital and in print media

· As team guide / leader Project planning and delegation of tasks to the team Regular team interactions motivate the team members work efficiently Guide the team by giving constructive feedbacks Help the team to upgrade their skillsets

· As project manager / co-ordinator Daily co-ordination with the team to track project schedules and deliveries Ideate, plan and set correct timelines for projects Be a part of clients briefing, feedbacks

Eye for detail and do quality checks Multi-tasking of projects What are we looking for? People and time management skills Proficiency in programs such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint Good understanding of Design Fundamentals Experience with both print and digital media Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionalism regarding project management and deadlines Updated knowledge of latest trends in the market

· Extra points for any of the following Knowledge of animation software’s Creative skills in sketching
