Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable React applications with a focus on clean, reusable component architecture.

- Manage complex state using React's Context API, Redux (or Redux Toolkit), or similar state management libraries.

- Integrate and manage asynchronous data from APIs using tools like Axios or fetch, and handle complex async flows with Redux Thunk or Saga.

- Implement and maintain performance optimization techniques, including memoization, lazy loading, and virtualization for large data sets.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and high-quality user experience.

- Work with form libraries like Formik or React Hook Form for managing complex form states and validations.

- Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing using libraries such as Jest or React Testing Library.

- Ensure secure handling of data and implement proper validation and authentication mechanisms.

- Work in an agile environment, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.


Key Requirements:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing React applications.

- Proficiency in React Hooks, including `useState`, `useEffect`, and others like `useMemo`, `useReducer`.

- Experience with Redux or other state management solutions (Recoil, MobX, Zustand, etc.).

- Familiarity with API integration, async operations, and handling real-time data with WebSockets.

- Basic understanding of TypeScript or willingness to learn.

- Experience in performance optimization and debugging React applications using tools like React DevTools and Redux DevTools.

- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries such as styled components or Emotion.

- A solid understanding of Git version control and collaborating in a team setting.

- Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly, engage with the team, and solve complex problems.

- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
