This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader with extensive experience in fashion brand building to shape and launch a brand that will redefine the fashion landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate YUVAKAA’s mission, vision, and values. Develop comprehensive brand documentation that tells our story and resonates with our target audience.
- Identity Creation: Design and refine YUVAKAA’s visual identity, including logo design and experiential assets, ensuring a compelling and cohesive brand image.
- Market Positioning: Formulate and implement innovative strategies that position YUVAKAA as a leader in the competitive fashion market.
- Consistent Brand Language: Develop and maintain a visual language scheme that ensures brand consistency across all platforms, enhancing recognition and loyalty.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative strategy, ensuring all brand messaging is innovative, engaging, and reflective of our brand values.
- Photo Shoots and Visuals: Prioritize and oversee all product photo shoots, campaign visuals, and marketing shoots to ensure high-quality and impactful visual content.
- Website UX/UI: Oversee the design and user experience of the YUVAKAA website, ensuring a seamless, attractive, and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Social Media Presence: Develop and manage a compelling social media presence that engages our audience and builds a strong brand community.
- Community Building: Leverage social media and other channels to build a loyal and engaged community around the YUVAKAA brand.
- Impactful Launches: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute brand launches that make a lasting impression and capture market attention.
Requirements:
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 15 years in branding, with at least 10 years focused on fashion brand building.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in developing and launching fashion brands, particularly in Western wear or fast fashion.
- Deep Market Insight: Strong understanding of fashion market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Creative Excellence: Exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, Fashion Management, or a related field.
