The Presales Architect for Networking Business is responsible for designing and delivering complex networking solutions to customers. This includes working with customers to understand their requirements, designing and presenting solutions, and managing the implementation process. The Presales Architect also plays a key role in developing and maintaining technical relationships with customers and partners.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and design complex networking solutions.
  • Present technical solutions to customers and partners.
  • Manage the implementation process for complex networking solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends.
  • Ability to do a site survey and come up with the right solution offering.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a presales or solution architect role.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, and security.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Certifications in networking technologies from major vendors, such as Cisco, Juniper Networks, or F5 Networks.
  • Experience working with go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Vendor-specific certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA), or Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIP).


Additional Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest networking technologies and trends, including emerging trends such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Keep track of the latest networking products and solutions from major vendors.
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners after networking solutions have been deployed.
  • Contribute to the development of new networking products and solutions.
