End-to-End Talent Acquisition:Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes. Stakeholder Management:Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic insights. Employer Branding:Enhance Premier Energies’ employer brand through various hiring channels, social media, and industry partnerships. Candidate Experience:Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Data & Analytics:Utilize recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, analyze trends, and drive process improvements. Vendor & Agency Management:Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners as required. Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.Qualifications- MBA HR, PGDM.
