Performfunctional, regression, and integration testingfor web and software applications. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions. Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks. Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy discussions. Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, results, and reports. Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field. Academic performance:Minimum80% in both school and college . Strong understanding ofsoftware testing fundamentals , SDLC, and STLC. Hands-on knowledge ofSelenium ,Java/Python , or equivalent automation tools/languages. Familiarity with testing frameworks likeTestNG ,JUnit , orCucumber . Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience withPostman ,API testing , orRESTful services . Exposure toCI/CD pipelines , version control tools likeGit , and tools likeJenkins . Knowledge ofAgile/Scrummethodologies. Basic understanding of SQL and database testing. Experience with bug tracking tools such asJIRAorBugzilla .
