It is a great place to work for professionals, looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.Responsibilities-Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.Perform QA testing for Salesforce configurations, integrations, and new releases.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve system issues.Support data management activities such as data imports, exports, and updates.Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain data quality and integrity.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate functionality.Participate in UAT and regression testing before system changes or deployments.Provide end-user support and create documentation or training materials when required.Requirements-Strong understanding of Salesforce platform administration and functionality.Experience with Salesforce QA or testing, including manual and regression testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).Knowledge of data management using Data Loader or similar tools.Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (not mandatory).Flexible to work in both IST and EST time zones.
