Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and capture market opportunities in the Delhi region.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead-generation channels, ensuring a robust and consistent sales pipeline.

- Establish strong relationships with partners, ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Foster trusted partnerships to enhance loyalty and mutual business growth.

- Act as a market expert, leveraging in-depth knowledge to position solutions effectively.

- Promote and sell software solutions, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other software products, by aligning offerings with client needs and demonstrating a deep understanding of the product's value propositions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized solutions for clients.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Prepare detailed reports on sales progress, market feedback, and competitor activities to ensure data-driven Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in lead generation, revenue generation, partner connect, and onboarding in a sales-driven environment.

- Expertise in Software Sales, ERP, CRM, Software Solution Sales, or HRIS Sales is essential.

- Strong familiarity with the Delhi market and its dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to devise strategic solutions.
