Job Title : SAP SD Consultant. Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6 - 12 Years in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Technical/Functional Skills : Extensive experience inSAP SD module within S/4HANA environments . Strong knowledge ofOrder-to-Cash (OTC) processes , including Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Credit Management. Expertise in configuringMaster Data : Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing Conditions, Output Determination, and Partner Functions. Hands-on configuration ofPricing Procedures , Tax Determination, Account Determination, and Copy Control. Experience inIntercompany Sales , Third-Party Sales, Consignment, and Returns Processing. Proficiency inShipping and Transportation , Route Determination, and Delivery Scheduling. Knowledge ofS/4HANA simplifications , Fiori apps for SD, and embedded analytics. Experience withIDoc monitoring , EDI integration, and troubleshooting interface issues. Basic understanding ofABAP debuggingfor issue analysis and coordination with technical teams Experience RequiredDeep understanding ofbusiness processesrelated to Sales, Distribution, and Logistics. Strong experience inrequirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,and preparing functional specifications. Expertise inintegration with MM, FI, PP, and WM modulesfor seamless process flow. Involvement inend-to-end implementations , system upgrades, and AMS/support projects. Proven experience indefect analysis, root cause identification , and process improvement. Familiarity withITIL-based support frameworks(Incident, Problem, and Change Management). Experience inIntegration Testing, UAT, user training , and Go-Live support activities. Ability toprepare documentation , test scripts, and end-user manuals.Roles & Responsibilities : Analyze new business requirements and design/implement solutions in the SD module. ConfigureSales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Lines , and Pricing Procedures. ProvideL2/L3 functional supportfor SAP SD systems in an S/4HANA environment. Maintain and enhance existing configurations forsales orders, deliveries, and billing documents . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) for process alignment and integration. Troubleshootpricing errors, delivery issues, and billing discrepancies . SupportEDI/IDoc processing,output determination, and partner function setups. Prepare functional specifications for developments, coordinate with ABAP teams, and validate testing. Supportaudit and compliance reviews , ensuring alignment with SOX and other standards
